As a PLMHP and LCSW, my work is rooted in an empowerment-based, trauma-informed approach. I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life changes. I have experience supporting survivors of domestic violence, people involved with the justice system, and those experiencing suicidal thoughts. I am also passionate about creating affirming spaces for the LGBTQ+ community. 

I draw from approaches like ACT, CBT, trauma-focused care, and attachment-based therapy, with a focus on how culture, identity, and societal structures affect our experiences and healing. My intention is to create a collaborative space where we can explore your story, build resilience, and feel truly seen.
