
Ingrid Rodriguez is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and families as they navigate life's challenges. With experience as both a school-based therapist and school counselor for more than 10 years, she has extensive experience helping young people overcome emotional, behavioral, social, and school-related concerns.
Ingrid takes a warm, strengths-based approach to therapy and believes that every client deserves a safe, supportive space to grow and thrive. She tailors treatment to each individual's unique needs, utilizing evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, and EMDR-informed interventions.
Her areas of interest include anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, and school-related concerns. She is especially passionate about working with neurodivergent children and adolescents and helping them recognize their strengths while building confidence and effective coping skills.
