Lauren is the owner of Strengthen Mental Health. She obtained her Bachelors of Science from Wayne State College and Masters of Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. 

Lauren has worked in the mental health field for 10 years. With experience working with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness, Acute Mental Health, and Trauma/Crisis Intervention, Lauren focuses her treatment styles utilizing an individual, client centered approach that works specifically for you. 

As a Certified Trauma Professional, Lauren specializes in trauma-therapy. Her additional areas of focus include life-transitions, adjustment, anxiety, and grief/loss.

As an Independent Clinical Social Worker, Lauren provides consultative and supervision services to provisional providers! Lauren's experience in the social work and mental health industry offers an extensive and knowledgeable outlook on clinical practices.
