Functional Behavioral Assessments

Lauren is a contracted, independent provider Functional Behavioral Assessment services throughout the state of Nebraska. 

Through the Division of Developmental Disabilities under the Department of Health and Human Services, Lauren can assess, interview, and create FBA's, Safety Plans, and Behavioral Support Plans in collaboration with the individuals' team.
